MCHS BAND UNIFORMS
Not only does the MCHS Grizzly Band take pride in their musical achievements, there is a proud tradition of making a STRIKING visual impression wherever they go. Uniforms are to be maintained in good condition, cleaned regularly, and with proper fit. It is the responsibility of every band member to maintain his/her uniform and make sure they are ready to WOW the crowd with GRIZZLY PRIDE.
There are two main types of uniforms, each one is customized by Dr. Smith depending on the occasion.

CLASS A: For parades and marching competitions
CLASS B: For halftime shows, informal performances, concerts, travel attire
What is "game day attire"?
On the day of a halftime performance or concert, Dr. Smith will often ask band members to wear "game day attire." Similar to sports teams at MCHS, on the day of an event, there is an expectation that the group will show their pride by showing up to school dressed up on the day of their competition or event. Game day attire consists of
- BOYS: Nice shirt with tie, slacks, shoes
- GIRLS: Dress, skirt + nice blouse, pant suit, or other nice sweater/slacks combo
